Qubad Talabani, Supervisor of the Secretariat Bureau of President Mam Jalal, visited several veteran political figures and reaffirmed that the Kurdish people will never forget their struggle during difficult periods.

In a post on his Facebook page, Talabani said he was pleased to meet veteran Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) leaders Mr Adnan Mufti and Dr Arsalan Bayiz, as well as Mr Kamal Mohedin, a well-known lawyer, veteran struggler, and lifelong friend of the late President Mam Jalal.

He extended his wishes for their good health and long life.

Talabani also reaffirmed that Kurdistan—particularly the people of Erbil—will never forget their sacrifices during the most difficult times.
