Pegasus Airlines to Launch Istanbul–Sulaymaniyah Flights Next Week

Pegasus Airlines is scheduled to begin operating flights between Istanbul and Sulaymaniyah starting next week.

The Public Relations and Media Department of Sulaymaniyah International Airport announced in a statement on Monday, 22 December 2025, that based on the flight schedule submitted by Pegasus Airlines, services on the Istanbul–Sulaymaniyah–Istanbul route will commence on 27 December 2025.

The statement added that the airline will operate three flights per week between Istanbul and Sulaymaniyah, as part of efforts to expand air traffic and strengthen air connectivity between the Kurdistan Region and Türkiye.
