Bafel Jalal Talabani, President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), met with Tim Burchett, member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the House of Representatives.

‏President Bafel Jalal Talabani presented a detailed overview of the situation in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq, fighting terrorism and unification of the Peshmerga forces, and said that the PUK is committed to resolving issues, and that the success of the talks between the US and Iraq is a factor of stability and progress for the country.
