Russian Consul General Pays Tribute to President Mam Jalal

The Russian Consul General in the Kurdistan Region, Maxim Rubin, visited the mausoleum of President Mam Jalal on Monday, where he was received by the Secretariat Bureau of President Mam Jalal.
During the visit, Rubin laid a wreath at the grave of President Mam Jalal and signed the visitors' book, paying tribute to President Mam Jalal’s role in building a new Iraq and advancing the Kurdish cause.
The Secretariat Bureau thanked the Russian Consul General for his visit and highlighted the longstanding ties between the Kurdish people and Russia, noting that President Mam Jalal played a significant role in strengthening those diplomatic relations.
