Kurdistan Region Vice President Meets Dutch Consul General

Kurdistan VP Jaafar Sheikh Mustafa and Adrian Eiselstein, Consul General of the Netherlands in the Kurdistan Region.

Sheikh Jaafar Sheikh Mustafa, Vice President of the Kurdistan Region, received Adrian Eiselstein, Consul General of the Netherlands in the Kurdistan Region.

The meeting focused on strengthening relations between the Netherlands and the Kurdistan Region, as well as political and security developments in the region.

The two sides also discussed political parties' unity and the formation of the Kurdistan Regional Government’s (KRG) new cabinet.

The meeting, which was also attended by Karen van Giersbergen, Dutch Military Adviser to the Global Coalition against ISIS, addressed efforts to find peaceful solutions to the ongoing conflict and tensions in the region, alongside the reform process and unification of the Peshmerga forces.
