Darbaz Kosrat Rasul Praises French CG's Efforts to Strengthen Bilateral Relations

Darbaz Kosrat Rasul, a member of the Political Bureau and Head of the Relations Bureau of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), received Yann Braem, the French Consul General in Erbil, on the occasion of the conclusion of his diplomatic mission in the Kurdistan Region.

During the meeting, Rasul expressed his appreciation for Braem's efforts throughout his tenure to strengthen relations between France and the Kurdistan Region across a range of sectors. He also wished the French diplomat success in his future assignment.

The two sides also exchanged views on the latest political developments in the region and stressed the importance of resuming dialogue and negotiations to facilitate the formation of a new Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) cabinet and address the challenges.
