Turkish Ambassador to Iraq Anıl Bora İnan visited Kirkuk, where he was received at the governorate building by Kirkuk Governor Mohammed Samaan, First Deputy Governor Rebwar Taha, the head of the provincial council, as well as a number of secretaries, assistants, provincial council members, and advisors.

During the visit, discussions focused on joint cooperation between the two neighbouring countries and ways to strengthen bilateral relations in a manner that serves the interests of both Iraq and Türkiye, particularly with regard to Kirkuk.
