Kurdistan Toilers' Party Praises PUK's Stances

A high-ranking delegation from the Kurdistan Toilers' Party paid a visit to the Political Bureau of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) in Erbil.
Balen Abdullah, Secretary of the Kurdistan Toilers' Party, led the delegation, which was greeted by PUK Spokesperson Saadi Ahmed Pire, Haji Masifi, Support Council secretary, and Rebaz Birkoti and Rabiha Hamad, PUK Leadership Council members.
The PUK Spokesperson, in a statement released to PUKMEDIA, mentioned that the discussion focused on the history of joint struggle and the long-standing relationship between the PUK and the Kurdistan Toilers' Party in advocating for the rights and demands of the Kurdish people.
Balen Abdullah, Secretary of the Kurdistan Toilers' Party, commended the PUK's national positions and urged proactive measures to address challenges in the Kurdistan Regions and the disputes with Baghdad. He expressed: "Our objective is to engage in consultations with all other political forces and parties in Kurdistan in order to achieve a consensus and gain a comprehensive understanding of each other's political and strategic perspectives regarding the future of the Kurdistan Region."
Saadi Ahmed Pire expressed gratitude to the visiting delegation for their remarks and stated: "The PUK consistently supports the resolution of conflicts through legal and peaceful debate, while also ensuring the protection of the rights, privileges, and accomplishments of the Kurdish people."
"The PUK's position on the elections is clear, as it supports changing and rejuvenating of the governance system in the Kurdistan Region," he stated.
